Based in South Eastern Wisconsin, I am a passionate musician who pursues excellence in all areas of my career. I love every aspect of being a musician from performing, teaching, creating, and collaborating. I currently work throughout Waukesha and the surrounding areas as a private violin instructor offering studio, in-home, and online lessons. I am a core member of the Beloit-Janesville Symphony Orchestra, as well as an active freelancer, church musician, and pit musician for local theater companies. I obtained my Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance with Honors from Carroll University in spring of 2020, where I served as concertmaster of the Chamber Orchestra. As winner of the Concerto/Aria competition in 2019, I had the privilege of performing the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto in E Minor, accompanied by the orchestra. I then received my Masters of Music in Violin Performance form UW Madison where I held a graduate assistantship teaching undergraduate music history. My teaching style predominantly follows the Suzuki method but above all, I am dedicated to catering to the learning style of each child by adapting to meet their needs as necessary. With a dedication and devotion to helping each child find their musical voice and fostering a lifelong love for music, I teach students of all ages from beginner to advanced.
