Todd's Policies
Welcome to studying at the Waukesha County Conservatory! As your instructor, I have included my policies and listed some items that every student should use and bring to their lessons to get the most from their studies
Payment: Payments can be made to Todd Richards with cash, check or Paypal and are due on the 1st lesson of every month. The fee is $100 and is non-refundable. Months containing 5 weeks are $125
Cancellation Policy: I must be contacted 24 hours before the lesson in order to issue a reschedule. I will reschedule up to 2 cancellations per month, but the make-up lessons must be scheduled within that same month. The reason for this has to do with managing student's needs and time, as well as making sure that consistency is provided for students to develop to their full potential.
Supplies: Students need to bring the instrument that they practice on to their lessons, as well as picks, strings, bows, etc. Students should also have a blank book of staff paper that we can use to create their own practice journal. Other books and music will be required, but those items are determined over the first two lessons.
Discontinuing Lessons: If you need to cancel your lessons permanently or for an extended period, you must give 30 days notice prior to your last lesson day in order to not be charged for the following month. For extended absences, you may reserve a future lesson time by providing a deposit to hold the lesson time.
All the best,
Todd Richards
