Since 1975, The Waukesha County Conservatory of Music (Formerly Hartland Music Lesson Program) has developed a network of professional musicians. As of 2020, over 30 million lessons have been given by the WCCM staff. Carnegie Hall/RCM Founding Instructor Larry holds a B.A. Classical Guitar, Master’s in Composition and a Doctorate in Composition/Music Theory from UW-Madison and works on physiology of the hands and cutting edge learning strategies. Larry is also co-founder of the Waukesha County Conservatory of Music.
