A native of Pewaukee/Hartland area, Ben is a 2008 graduate of Arrowhead High School. At Arrowhead, Ben was a member of The Broadway Company for 3 years. Ben went to Roosevelt University's Chicago Center for the Performing Arts where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music with an emphasis in Vocal Performance. Ben's most notable performances in Chicago was the roll of Vanderdendur in Candide and singing back up for The Rolling Stones. Most recently, Ben landed the role of Jean Valjean is Les Miserables at the Waukesha Civic Theater. Ben has also been making a name for himself at Lake Country Playhouse by starring in roles such as The Preacher in Bonnie & Clyde, Sir Bedevere in Spamalot, and Mitch Mahoney in Spelling Bee.
Ben is proficient in many vocal styles-Opera, Musical Theater, Jazz, Pop, and Gospel. Ben's philosophy centers around healthy, stress-free singing, and helping students find their inner voice. Lessons with Ben can help students score the starring role in the school musical, success in college auditions, or to gain confidence with the art of singing.
