Maxim holds a Doctor of Music degree in Guitar Performance from Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in violin performance from Carroll University.

Carnegie Hall/RCM Founding Instructor Larry holds a B.A. Classical Guitar, Master’s in Composition and a Doctorate in Composition/Music Theory from UW-Madison and works on physiology of the hands and cutting edge learning strategies. Larry is also co-founder of the Waukesha County Conservatory of Music.

Kenn teaches a variety of Guitar styles including Rock, Pop, Jazz, Blues, Country, Celtic, Slide, and Fingerstyle.
Kenn also works with students interested in contemporary Vocal styles, Songwriting and Arranging,Theory, and the art of Performance.

John Liljenfeldt - Beginning Guitar, Electric/Acoustic, Beginning Bass
In addition to his teaching skills, John is an expert guitar repair technician. He is well-versed in acoustic and electric guitar styles while focusing on graded (method) approach to teaching.

John McCarty - Guitar, Bass Guitar, Uke, Mandolin, Banjo, Piano
John teaches all styles of guitar including: classical, jazz, rock, pop, country, and others. Students can request to learn any song and John will provide all the written materials at a level suitable to each student. John also teaches ukulele, bass guitar, songwriting, banjo, mandolin, accordion, harmonica, music composition and computer-based recording.

Jon Peik - 5 string Banjo, Mandolin Open Jam 1st Monday of the Month
Jon teaches 5-string banjo, specializing in the 3-finger Scruggs-style featured in traditional Bluegrass and focuses on technique building, ear training, applied theory and the use of these skills in ensemble playing.
